I truly believe most families genuinely desire to change their lifestyle to incorporate more healthy, whole foods and meals made from scratch…
However, they have one BIG legitimate concern: TIME.
A Real Food lifestyle isn’t exactly the most convenient lifestyle on the planet.
After all, pouring a bowl of cereal or opening a package, adding water, and microwaving are fast and easy and don’t require much effort or planning ahead. But those aren’t what you want to feed your family!
So how do you make nutrient-dense foods part of your lifestyle in a way that doesn’t stress you for time?
How do you prepare and serve whole foods AND still spend time with your family, take a nap, and/or binge watch Netflix?? (I mean, those things ARE important, or is it just me??)
