Healthy Gluten-Free Pumpkin Spice Collagen Muffins Recipe
It is pumpkin spice season and we’re making these gluten-free Pumpkin Spice Collagen Muffins to celebrate the season. They’ve got all the fall flavors you crave in a sweet snack you don’t have to feel guilty about.
This ingredient is super simple to make, using almond flour, eggs, and pumpkin puree as the base. Pumpkin spice and vanilla extract give them that familiar cozy flavor while the pumpkin seeds add a bit of crunch and texture to these healthy fall muffins. And, of course, the addition of Collagen Peptides to this recipe adds even more nourishment to this already healthful snack.
Adding Collagen Peptides is one of the easiest ways to increase the health benefits of any recipe. They are flavorless and dissolve completely, which means they won’t affect the flavor of your recipe. This means you get all the benefits of Collagen Peptides without even noticing it! Benefits like…
- Promoting healthier joints so you can keep doing all your normal activities regardless of your age.*
- Promoting gut health by aiding digestion and helping to repair the intestinal and stomach lining, which also helps with immunity.*
- Promoting radiant skin for a youthful glow that takes years off your face.*
- Promoting stronger hair, nails, and bones so you can reduce the visible signs of aging.*
Not bad for a delicious fall snack, right?
If you don’t have pumpkin spice you can make your own by combining 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg, ¼ teaspoon ground ginger, and ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves. Otherwise, simply use plain cinnamon. It will still be delicious.
You can also feel free to switch out the pumpkin seeds for chopped walnuts or almonds, depending on your preference.
