Healthy Gluten-Free Chai Spiced Donuts
This time of year, it’s all about warming spices and delicious baked goods. And these healthy Gluten-Free Chai Spiced Donuts tick both of those boxes perfectly. Plus, they have minimal sugar and wholesome ingredients, so you can indulge without the added guilt.
A simple combination of almond flour and coconut flour make up the base of these gluten-free donuts. A bit of maple syrup adds just the right amount of sweetness and the coconut milk adds a richness to the flavor and texture. But what really brings the #fallvibes to these healthy donuts is the addition of Earth Echo’s Chai Bliss.
Chai Bliss is an indulgent superfood blend of ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, clove bud, nutmeg, and black pepper all with health boosting antioxidants. And that’s just the beginning. Chai Bliss also includes a combination of Lion’s Mane mushrooms, L-theanine, and zinc to create a natural nootropic blend that helps boost brain energy and focus. *
While Chai Bliss makes for a delightfully warming drink, it’s also a great way to add some spiced goodness to baked goods. And the hit of healthy superfoods never hurts, either.
These Gluten-free Chai Spiced Donuts double up on the fall flavor by adding Chai Bliss in both the batter and the chai sugar topping. But if you don’t have Chai Bliss, you can just use cinnamon or the following combination to match that chai flavor:

- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
