Here's a Whole30 and keto version of a classic Cajun favorite -- Blackened Salmon with Cajun Zoodles! This is a perfect meal when you forget to meal plan because it takes just 30 minutes and 1 skillet!
Set the zoodles on a towel and sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Add the additional 2 tablespoons butter or ghee to the skillet, then the diced bell pepper. Cook 2 minutes.
Once you've squeezed all the water you can out of the zoodles, add it to the skillet with the bell pepper and stir to combine.
