This delicious fall-inspired shake satisfies at snack-time, breakfast, or for dessert, especially when you don't want a fruity smoothie. With optional nourishing add-ins, you can customize the superfoods, protein, and fat in your shake!

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients in the order listed to a high-powered blender.
  2. If using any or all of the optional add-ins, they need to go into the blender before the ice.
  3. Add ice last.
  4. Blend 45 to 60 seconds until smooth.
  5. Enjoy!

*For sugar-free, use 2 teaspoons Dietz Sweet + 1/4 teaspoon caramel extract.
