Instructions

  1. Add the blackberries and cranberry juice to a high-speed blender and process until completely smooth.
  2. Transfer to a squeeze bottle or condiment bottle and set aside.
  3. No need to wash the blender!
  4. Now, add the 1-1/3 cup coconut milk, water, frozen strawberries, beet root, 1/32 teaspoon stevia extract, collagen, and ice to the blender.
  5. Blend until smooth.
  6. Set aside.
  7. Finally, spoon the fat from a can of chilled coconut milk into a medium bowl or bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment.
  8. Make sure not to get the liquid at the bottom -- you can save it for another smoothie later!
  9. Using hand beaters or the stand mixer, whip the coconut cream until it's light and fluffy.
  10. Add the other 1/32 teaspoon of stevia and vanilla, mix until combined, and set aside.
  11. Last, if you'd like to make sprinkles, mix together freeze-dried blueberry powder and Dietz Sweet.
