Ingredients

  • 6(4 ounce)wild-caught salmon filets
  • 3tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
  • 6clovesgarlicpressed/minced
  • 2tablespoonsfresh rosemaryfinely chopped
  • 1teaspoonsalt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Lay the salmon filets on the parchment paper and sprinkle evenly with salt.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary.

  4. Pour this mixture over each filet of salmon, coating each filet evenly.

  5. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.

  6. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
