Avocado Oil Buffalo Ranch Dressing & Dip (Whole30, keto, paleo)

In less than 5 minutes, you can whip up a cool, creamy, spicy Avocado Oil Buffalo Ranch Dressing (or dip, if you choose!). This Buffalo Ranch Dressing is Whole30, keto, and paleo and awesome for salads or dipping all the things. It's a super easy dump recipe that uses healthy avocado oil, clean-eating Buffalo sauce, and lots of flavorful herbs and spices for the best ranch dressing ever!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. To a quart-size, wide-mouth Mason jar, add all ingredients except dairy-free milk and parsley.

  2. Using an immersion blender, blend with an up and down motion so all ingredients fully emulsify and become smooth.

  3. Then, add the chopped fresh parsley* and blend until smooth. (See note.)

  4. If serving as a dip, the mixture will be thick and ready to use. If using as a dressing, go ahead and blend in a few tablespoons of dairy-free milk, such as cashew milk, until you reach your desired dressing consistency.

  5. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Recipe Notes

I prefer to use fresh herbs when possible. Fresh parsley has so much more flavor compared to dried parsley! It also has LOADS of health benefits. So, use dried dill if that's what you have; but it's worth it to grab a bunch of fresh, organic parsley next time you're at the store!
