No food coloring in these healthy green donuts! These Keto Matcha-Moringa Baked Donuts are a perfect green treat for breakfast, snacks, or dessert and are nut-free, dairy-free, and paleo, too!
Combine the coconut flour, Matchina powder, sweetener of choice, baking soda, and baking powder in a medium mixing bowl or bowl of your stand mixer.
Whisk to combine.
Add the eggs and softened or melted coconut oil and mix until a smooth batter forms.
Transfer the donut batter to a gallon-size zip-top bag with a 1/2" hole cut in one corner.
Pipe the donut batter into the wells of your donut pan, filling each well about half-full.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Do not overbake. The donuts should still be green, not browned.
Transfer to a cooling rack.
Once cool, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil and whisk until smooth.
Dip the top half of each donut into the chocolate glaze and set aside for the glaze to set.
Sprinkle each donut with more Matchinga powder, if desired.
