  • 1-1/2cupssparkling mineral waterplain or lemon-flavor, such as La Croix
  • 2-1/2cupsfrozen peaches
  • 2 to 4tablespoonslemon juiceuse more if your sparkling water is plain, less if using lemon sparkling water
  • 1/32teaspoonstevia extractoptional


  1. In the order listed, add ingredients to a high-speed blender. I looooove my blender!
  2. Blend until totally smooth. I used the handy "Smoothie" button on my blender.
  3. Pour into glasses, garnish with a lemon wedge or peach slice, and serve!
