Ooey Gooey Allergy-Friendly Brownies

These ooey gooey allergy-friendly brownies are pretty much everything-free. Unlike most grain-free, nut-free brownie recipes, this one is NOT made with beans. Don't get me wrong, I love a good black bean brownie, but I also recognize that gut-healing diets don't allow black beans. And no one should have to live without brownies.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Grease an 8" x 8" glass baking dish.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together ground chia seeds and water.
  4. Whisk in the remaining ingredients, in the order listed, until smooth.
  5. Pour into the greased baking dish.
  6. Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
  7. Cool completely before slicing and eating.
  8. I think these brownies are best after sitting overnight!
