Combine all ingredients in the bowl of your stand mixer or in a large mixing bowl (if using a hand mixer).
Mix until the ingredients are totally combined.
Use a 1-tablespoon dough scoop to form balls.
Transfer to a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Refrigerate or freeze until solid.
