Add the orange juice, zest, honey, ginger, and jalapeno to a small saucepan over medium-medium-high heat.
Bring to a boil, then reduce to medium heat.
Simmer until the sauce reduces and thickens to coat the back of a spoon.
Remove from the heat, strain, and set aside.
Prep the pork chops by seasoning both sides with salt, pepper, and a bit of garlic powder.
Preheat your grill to 350 degrees, then reduce heat to medium.
Place the seasoned pork chop on the grill and close the lid. After about 3 to 5 minutes, rotate the chops 1/2 turn to make grill marks.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, then flip.
Once flipped, brush prepared glaze over the grilled side.
After about 3 minutes, rotate the chops 1/2 turn.
Flip again, and brush the other side with the glaze.
Remove from the grill to a wooden cutting board to rest for 5 to 7 minutes.
You may brush more glaze on if you like.
Serve with extra glaze on the side for glaze-lovers!
