Instructions

  1. Press the Saute button on the Instant Pot and add the fat to the pot.
  2. Once melted, add the diced onion and saute 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to mix well.

  4. Place the lid on the Instant Pot, and make sure the vent is closed.
  5. Press the "Manual" or "Pressure Cook" button and adjust the time to 30 minutes on high pressure.

  6. When it beeps, immediately release the pressure.

  7. Remove the lid and serve!
