Ingredients

  • 6fresh mint leavesmuddled
  • 1ouncefresh lime juiceor 1 large lime
  • 1ounceSugar-Free Simple Syrup
  • 1-1/2ouncewhite rum
  • ice
  • club soda or sparkling water

Instructions

  1. Muddle the mint leaves in the bottom of the glass.

  2. Add lime juice, simple syrup, and rum.

  3. Stir.

  4. Fill glass with ice and fill with sparkling water or club soda.

  5. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a lime wedge if desired.

Recipe Notes

You can omit the rum for a non-alcoholic version, however it will not taste like a mojito -- it will be a very lovely, yummy mint limeade! :)
