In a medium pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions, green chili, garlic cloves and cook, stirring occasionally, until onion turns translucent.
Add sweet potato, red pepper, chickpeas, Golden Superfood Bliss, paprika, curry powder, ground cumin, salt and water. Stir to combine. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Let cook for 10 minutes until the sweet potato is tender.
Stir in coconut milk and cook for another 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Taste and adjust seasoning, as needed. Top with cilantro and serve with naan or rice.
