Ingredients

  • 1-1/2cupssparkling water
  • 3mediumlemonssliced into quarters, seeds removed, flesh cut away from peel
  • 1/8teaspoonpowdered stevia
  • 8-10fresh mint leaves
  • 1-2cupsice

Instructions

  1. Add the ingredients to a high-speed blender in the order listed.

  2. Cut the lemons into quarters, pop out the seeds, then use a knife to slice the flesh away from the peel. Place the lemon flesh into the blender. Discard or compost the lemon peels.

  3. Blend for about 45 seconds.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
