  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Grease an 8.5" x 4.5" loaf pan and line with parchment paper.

  3. To your blender, add all ingredients except chocolate chips in the order listed.

  4. Blend on high speed until the batter is totally smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides of the blender, if necessary.

  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.

  6. Bake 45 to 55 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.

  7. Remove from the oven to cool.

  8. Using the parchment as "handles" lift the loaf out of the loaf pan and place on a cooling rack.
