Ingredients

Instructions

  1. First, grind the seeds to a powder in your food processor, blender, or coffee grinder.
  2. Stir in tahini (or almond butter), maple syrup, 1 tablespoon cacao, and salt.
  3. Mix until combined.
  4. Form into 1-tablespoon sized balls. I use a tablespoon cookie dough scoop.
  5. Roll each ball in the remaining 1 tablespoon cacao powder.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  7. Store in the fridge up to 2 weeks.
