For the Spiced Black Tea Concentrate:

Instructions

Make the Spiced Black Tea:

  1. Bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat and add the tea bags, star anise, cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon.
  3. Steep 10 minutes.
  4. Strain and add 3 cups room temperature water.

Make the MCT Oil Cream:

  1. While the tea steeps, make the cream.
  2. Add all cream ingredients to a blender.
  3. Blend on high speed until emulsified, smooth, and creamy.

Assemble the Thai Iced Teas:

  1. Add desired amount of ice to a glass. Fill at least halfway and up to 3/4 of the way with the tea.
  2. Then, fill your glass to the top with the dairy-free MCT Oil Cream.
  3. Stir together and enjoy!
