Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Popsicles {FREE video + a kid-friendly recipe!}
I know it might seem like a pain, but teaching kids to cook is one of those parenting “musts”.
And let me tell you…
When your kids can scramble their own eggs on Saturday morning while you and the hubby sleep in…
Or fix their own snack so you can finish that episode of Gilmore Girls (don’t act like you don’t know what I’m talking about!)…
The reward is great, Mamas. So. so. great.
My own kid wanted to share her recipe for Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Popsicles with you today!
My daughter and I created this recipe together for a snack one afternoon, and it’s been a favorite ever since.
With just 5 ingredients and a blender, your peeps can start making these pops TODAY so you can sit down and take a load off.
Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Popsicles {kid-friendly recipe!}
Here’s what you need:
- Enjoy Life chocolate chunks
- 1-1/2 cups cashew or other milk
- 5 frozen strawberries
- 1 scoop Perfect Supplements Collagen (Use my exclusive coupon code TODAY10 for 10% off your entire order!)
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup or raw honey
Here’s how to do it:
Place 5-6 chocolate chunks into each popsicle mold. To a blender, add milk of choice, frozen strawberries, collagen, and maple syrup or honey. Blend until completely smooth. Pour the mixture into each popsicle mold. Freeze until solid, about 6 hours.
Watch my daughter make these pops all by herself!
