All About Avocado Oil
Seeing recipes all over the Internet that call for avocado oil?
Is this a healthy fat? Should we be using it in our Real Food kitchens?
Yes! Avocado oil is a fantastic replacement for vegetable oil, especially when you don’t want to use olive oil (because of taste or temperature) and when you need a liquid fat (unlike coconut oil below 72 degrees).
It’s great for baking, sauteing, frying, and more! In fact, it’s more heat stable than other vegetable oils, including olive oil!
